Our Mid Level Wood Privacy fence includes even more upgraded materials compared to our baseline wood privacy. First we start with strengthening the foundation of your fence even more. Posts are the foundation of your fence! This will be what holds your fence up true and straight over its lifetime. Posts have to be strong to hold up the overall weight of the fence especially during windy days and storms. We step up our line, corner, and gate post to all black powder coated steel posts! Don’t worry, these steel posts are built in line with the fence and can be hidden out of sight simply with a cover board to give you an ALL wood look! All our steel posts come with lifetime warranty! These steel posts are warrantied up to 84 MPH wind! That is at least double the wind speed that the typical treated pine 4x4 post can handle! Next we upgrade from our standard pre-stained pine picket to a Western Cedar Picket. We choose Western Cedar pickets for our Mid Level Wood Privacy fence due to its affordability over Eastern Red Cedar and its increased ability to handle the elements without rotting and warping! Cedar has a much longer life expectancy than treated pine even when used on outdoor structures! On average Cedar can last up to at least three to four times as long as treated pine! Cedar also does not have to be stained, so if you are looking for a more maintenance friendly picket, this is definitely an option to consider. Lastly, we upgrade our rails from treated pine to an Eastern Red Cedar 2X4 (true 2in X 4in dimensions)! Once again, this upgrade is done so that we add more lifetime to the rails by using Cedar instead of treated Pine. By using Cedar rails and pickets, and steel posts, staining is not necessary. However, for cosmetics, stained Cedar is absolutely beautiful! We will leave this up to the customer to decide if they want to go this extra step and have all cedar materials pre stained before the fence is installed.

When it comes to goats, they are persistent escapee artists, it's important to go with goat net wire for keeping your goats within the set perimeter. You can also electrify this fencing for tightened security.
